Quick fixes (most issues resolve here)
- My Courses → Start/Resume
- Sign in at /my-courses/ and you’ll be automatically signed into our learning portal (Moodle) via SSO.
- New customers: check your inbox for the “Set your password” email, then return to /my-courses/.
- Didn’t get emails?
- Check spam/junk for messages from admin at cocreu.com and no-reply at cocreu.com.
- If using a corporate mailbox, ask IT to allow mail from
@cocreu.com.
- Order shows “Processing”
- Courses and certifications are virtual. Your order should auto-complete within minutes. If it hasn’t, email billing at cocrex.com with your order number and we’ll complete it and provision access.
Refunds, Rescheduling, and Cancellations (MVP policy)
- Self-paced courses / certifications: 7-day money-back guarantee if < 20% of content has been completed.
- Live sessions (AMAs, labs): non-refundable once delivered or attended.
- Services (e.g., Diagnostic Sprint, Transformation Lab): non-refundable after kickoff; rescheduling requires 5 business days notice.
How to request: email billing at cocrex.com with your order #, product, and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (typically 5–10 business days to appear on your statement).
Orders, Tax, and Invoices
- Receipts are emailed automatically after checkout.
- Invoices with company details (and any required tax fields) are available on request—email billing at cocrex.comwith your order # and the exact legal entity info.
- Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.
Technical Requirements
- Browsers: the latest Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox.
- Cookies & pop-ups: allow for cocreu.com and cocreu.com/moodle (required for SSO).
- Firewalls/VPNs: corporate security policies can block SSO; if you see repeated sign-in prompts, try a personal network or share your IT contact with us at support at cocrex.com.
- Payment methods: major cards; Apple Pay/Google Pay where available.

System Status & Maintenance
We schedule maintenance during low-usage windows and post a banner on cocreu.com in advance. If you encounter an outage longer than 15 minutes, email support at cocrex.com with “STATUS” in the subject and we’ll confirm the current state and ETA.
